Have you made a purchase and something is not as you expected?

Don't worry, below we will explain how you can proceed with the change of product(s) independently, just follow a few simple steps and you will be able to receive the most suitable items for you

Some indications on how to proceed with the change:

  • Proceed to insert the product or products you wish to receive as an exchange into your cart
  • In the NOTES field, by clicking on go to cart, enter the wording EXCHANGE;
  • Confirm the purchase of the new items you wish to receive
  • Once the purchase has been made, we will proceed with the shipment of the new order and the collection of the return with our GLS courier;
  • You won't have to worry about printing the waybill because the driver will directly apply it to the package when the new order is delivered and he will also take care of collecting the package with the items you want to return.

Here are some instructions for preparing the item(s) to be returned:

  • Place the item/items and the return form inside the original envelope/package, making sure that the product is still intact and with its original tag and close it with a ribbon;
  • Seal the envelope/package containing the items you wish to return well.

Products must be returned with all original labels, wrapping and other accessories contained within the package at the time of delivery. The Products must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. The user remains solely responsible for any decrease in value of the Products that may result from handling them other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Products.

If you change your mind and want to proceed with the return (and no longer with the change of size/goods) you can follow the previous automatic return procedure by entering your order number and the email relating to the purchase in the Returns section at the bottom of the site and follow all the information that will be provided.

Both in the case of an exchange of goods and a return, we will refund the amount of the returned item(s) as soon as we receive the goods at the office (after checking the conformity of the quality of the products) using the same method of reimbursement as a means of reimbursement. payment chosen when ordering.
