Shipments
All orders placed before 3pm (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays) are entrusted to the courier on the same day.
When your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the link to the courier's website, where you can see the delivery information.
Delivery takes place via express courier on average after 1-3 working days. For islands and remote locations, delivery times may extend up to 3-5 working days.
For all international shipments, delivery times vary from 2 to 10 working days.
During sales or promotion periods, delivery times may be longer.
For the entire Italian territory the shipping cost is €5.90 and is free for all orders over €99.00.
For international orders the cost is €15 in the currency of the country of purchase at the time the order is placed and free for an amount exceeding €200.
You can check the progress of your order at any time within your account: log in and enter the 'Orders' section to find all the information.
Upon shipment, we will send you an email with the tracking number and link to the courier's website, where you can see the delivery information.
If you wish to change the delivery address, contact us promptly at shop@wideawakeshop.com specifying the order number and the data you wish to modify for shipping and we will make the requested modification, unless your order is already was entrusted to the courier.
We advise you to choose an address where there is someone available to collect you during office hours (it could also be an acquaintance of yours or a concierge service). In the event that there is no one to collect the order, the courier will leave a notice and a telephone number to contact. If you need assistance, contact us at shop@wideawakeshop.com; our operators will assist you to re-deliver the shipment as soon as possible.
Our team monitors the status of shipments on a daily basis, ensuring that there are no anomalies in the delivery of orders.
If more than 5 working days have passed and you still have not received your purchase, send us an email to shop@wideawakeshop.com specifying your order number.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
Not satisfied with your order or have you changed your mind?
You can make the return without any penalty within 14 days from the day you received the package.
Proceed independently by sending your request through the link at the bottom of the page by clicking on "Returns". Click on the "returns" link, which will allow you to select the item to return and activate the related guided procedure.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
It is possible to make the return within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order to the customer.
All products you have returned will be refunded using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase. After checking that the returned products comply with the return compliance conditions, we will proceed with the refund by sending you an email confirming the refund. From the moment you receive our refund email, we remind you that some banks and some payment methods may take up to 7 days to process the refund.
To change size, which is only possible in Italy, you can consult the chosen section by clicking on the "exchange" link at the bottom of the site and following the relevant steps.
Your Klarna invoice will be updated and you will receive your refund within 10 business days. If subsequent installments have not yet been paid, the scheduled payments will be canceled by Klarna.
If you decide to return only part of the order and if there are still installments to pay, these will be updated based on the returned items. A refund will reduce the outstanding balance, which may mean eliminating an installment or reducing the amount of the remaining installments.

When the order is sent we ask you to indicate the billing request in the notes field or you can send an email to shop@wideawakeshop.com with all your data so that we can proceed with the correct issuing of the invoice . You will have up to a maximum of 11 days from the date of placing the order to submit this request.
